You spoke we listened. We’ve made some changes to help make a real-life difference to your business and open more doors for your customers.

Fresh rates and fees

Effective 17 February 2023, we’ve reset our rate cards. Download our new home loan and commercial loan rate cards to see our full range of interest rates and fees, including the latest discounts, such as:

Discount: Home Loan option
0.30% p.a. off the interest rate loading: Prime investment options
$0 Lender Protection Fee: Prime Alt Doc options

Prime Full Doc options up to 85% LVR (Owner occ only)
$0 Mortgage Risk Fee: Near Prime Full Doc options up to 70% LVR

Near Prime Alt Doc options up to 65% LVR

Enhanced policy opportunities

We’ve made these credit changes effective 9 February 2023:

Policy: Loan Options
Single security acceptable for home loans above $1.5 million: Prime, Near Prime Clear and Near Prime home loan options
12-Month ABN for clean credit customers: Near Prime home loan options
No limit to cash out for stated purpose (subject to loan size and LVR): All home loan options, excluding Specialist PLUS
Past 1-year Financial Statements (executed by a registered tax agent or accountant*) accepted: Near Prime Clear Full Doc home loan options
1 form of income verification now accepted: Prime Alt Doc commercial loan options

Plus, no commission clawback for early payouts on commercial loans, since 1 February 2023
